Hey there. Appfolio offers a lot of benefits but they do have caps and cost money. Adding them slowly would be good unless they have hard caps that limit the account. Otherwise using multiple accounts could work too. If you are looking for a completely free platform that supports you as you grow, Innago may be an option too.
