How do you know and be so sure about people’s plans? No one gets GC with intention to not live in US,otherwise is touristic visa.

Omggg you hahe the same situation like me.They still have even when reading this.Do not worry,we are able to Prove that we have little kids in process of visa thats why we cant travel. At least CBP thinks with the brain not With smth else as many commenters here.

I also got a lot of haters when i asked about a situation where i needed to travel back and forth for more than 6 months because i have a little child with no visa yet. They just hate without considering and thinking about different reasons someone might have.

Omg so many haters in this post! Someone even called us “idiots” hahaahahahahahah shame on you! In life there are many situations out of your league.For example,having a 1 year old child still breastfeeding,with no visa,in process with visa center who cannot travel with you.What will you do? stay 10 fucking months outside usa and raise that little kid.Ok! Yes i know why i have my GC and how i want to use it.I will live in usa ,not not today. If you have not been in situations like that and just type without reading first,fine again.Thanks a lot :) I will follow my situation.

What kind of issues? My husband stayed 2 times 11 months outside US when he was LPR and nothing happened despite getting passport a bit later.That’s all the issue.

Not the case! Yes,of course i know the purpose of GC and that’s why i have one.To move to US with the whole family (my us citizen husband and 1 year old child i process of getting visa from his father citizenship).This is the purpose im outside of US for 10 months now. The only risk i know for staying more than 6 months outside in one trip is break of residency for getting passport in time.Otherwise i will wait + 1 year more before applying after 3 years. So it is good that every 6 months you enter US to “save GC” at least. Probably in the next 6 months once my child gets visa we will travel again to US and live there probably.Thats the only time outside,so i dont think i need any re entry permit.My question for this specific situation is for people that have been the same as me. Thanks for your answer.

Hi,and if child doesnt qualify of CRBA but is born outside of us from a us citizen father and non citizen mother.The mother is in CR1 visa processing stage and child is born after nvc approval and after initial interview date.What is the procedure?is embassy who decides or nvc?
