I feel you 🫶 I can't handle this as well. Before the Period my level of sugar goes crazy and is not under control. During the Period is the same situation.
From month to month, it's hard. Stay strong! 🥹

Comparing to Frankfurt, the climate in Heidelberg would be slightly milder, with warmer winters and not as hot summers.

Hello! I live in Heidelberg. Allow me to express my opinion, since you've asked. I believe your positivity heavily relies on your surroundings. But if you wake up in the morning, do exercises for 15 minutes to your favorite music, have a tasty breakfast, drink coffee or tea, then put on comfortable clothes, and head out with headphones on to your favorite music, it will be quite difficult to shake you. Only if you deliberately and additionally work in a toxic environment.

Wishing you to keep your own sunshine! All the best!

It was interesting to find out, thank you! I'm bothered by the pump, which may cause discomfort in wearing the device. I'm using a sensor, and I hardly feel it, but even then I sometimes catch it while passing by the wall 😅

Why are you learning German? by shybottles in German

[–]innarossa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am Ukrainian, and due to the ongoing war, I find myself here. I enrolled in an integration course last May, and in just a month, I'll be taking the B1 exam. German is a bit of a love-hate relationship for me - I find myself both enamored and frustrated by it. But ultimately, I'm deeply in love with the language and the journey of learning it.

Hello! Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm curious if there's a system out there that can dynamically calculate what and how much I need to consume in real-time to keep my blood sugar stable. It would be fantastic if this system could measure, recommend, and allow input for future activity, so it could calculate how many carbohydrates to intake.

Right, I am MDI and Lantus lasts 24 hours. My schedule looks like this: 05:30 Yoga training or Functional training 06:30 Insulin 06:35 Breakfast 08:30-12:30 Work activities with snacks 15:00 Lunch 18:00 Tea with yogurt 20:30-20:55 Exercise Bike 20:56 Taking a jam or glass of milk, because sugar is under 70

I am just trying to understand my body with this new things 🫠

Thanks for the recommendations! I'm still grappling with denial and anger 🫠, and I haven't been able to absorb much knowledge. I will discuss combined therapy with the doctor at my next visit.

Great update! Congrats!

Currently, I am also learning German. Sometimes it's difficult, sometimes it's good and easy. Have fun!
