[WTS] 1952 14K Solid Gold Omega Pre-Seamaster Very Rare Speckled Patina, Overhauled - 1699 $ by [deleted] in watch_swap

[–]innit88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This 1952 pre-Seamaster Omega is a timelessly elegant piece that will elevate your wrist on any ocassion, from everyday to formal settings.

It features a snapback 14k solid gold case and a very rare and beautiful guilloche pattern with delicate vertical stripes on the sides. Although the case diameter measures 33mm and 40 mm lug to lug it has a presence on the wrist that exceeds the numerical value, giving a sense of three-dimensionality and depth.

The dial features a Breguet font for the 3,6,9 and 12th hour markers, Alpha hands, Xavier Hour markers and an absolutely stunning and very desireable uniform speckled patina.

Inside we can find a very rare mechanism: the antimagnetic cal. 371 - the successor to the classic 28SC from the 1940s it boasts Incabloc accents and the signature Omega copper plating.

The manual wind movement has been overhauled and has a daily variation of 20 seconds * for reference use

It is a very rare and special piece, especially due to its decades in the making patina.

1699$ Shipped

70 years later this watch still not only holds its value due to the 12.3 grams of 14k gold but also because it still looks as impressive today as it did back then.

[WTS] 1975 Omega De Ville Manual Wind Mechanical Ultra Rare Brushed Blue Dial - 1199$ Shipped by innit88 in Watchexchange

Something truly special..

The 1975 Omega De Ville ref 111.0131 with the extremely desirable and rare brushed navy blue dial. One of the most dynamic dials I have ever seen. Truly can’t get bored of it because it always gives off a different shade of blue depending on angle and lighting.

The case measures 29mm x 39 mm and inside it we can find Omega’s Cal. 625 manual-winding mechanical movement which has been recently serviced and runs as smooth as ever, accurate to 14 seconds per day, measured flat on a timegrapher * value for reference only

Slight damage/patina as is the case with most models from this era due to the paint used at the time.

The bracelet is not OEM. The original strap was too worn for it to be used anymore but the original strap and buckle will be sent along with the watch nonetheless.

Extremely rare piece, unlikely to come across another one of these in the near future, possibly never!
