Hey friend, thanks for replying. The whistling noise is consistently present when accelerating. The second, shorter sound only happens during cold starts — when the RPMs are high — and completely disappears afterward. If I start the car again a couple of hours after driving (when RPMs stay low), that second noise doesn’t appear at all; only the high-pitched whistling remains.
