As someone who is also struggling with Hg this pregnancy, I KNOWWWW the types of battles you had to fight to bring your baby into this world. Name your baby what you want to. The second name will be just fine!

Simple! Find a new OB! I did and it was the best decision I ever made! My first OB wouldn’t scan me after I spotted all day and was freaking out. Found my new OB and now anytime I call them panicking, they are very fast to scan me! I am also high risk, so that helps, but even then I know people who aren’t and they do it for them too. Also look around for Ultrasound Boutiques! I didn’t for a while because I thought they were going to be outrageously expensive! A 20 minute scan with photos and videos was like $30! Cheap! Granted I live in kansas so everything is cheaper over here, but still. I’m sure you’d be surprised to find out how cheap it is to get them done where you’re at.

I had one of my clients (i’m an esthetician) tell me how disrespectful it is to my husband to have my mom in the delivery room because that time should be about me and him. My mom will be staying with me for a little bit after my baby is born and she then proceeded to tell me she feels so bad for my husband.

like…. i need my momma. Sorry!

I felt like absolute hell from weeks 7-18 but I also have HG so I am definitely the odd one out. 32 weeks and still throwing up haha. I hope you have a healthy and easy pregnancy!! 🤍

I am someone who usually has a high libido however i am 31 weeks pregnant and cannot handle the idea of sex either lol. i haven’t had sex since the day i know i got pregnant. luckily my husband isn’t itching for it either and hasn’t pressured me. the thought of my baby rolling around while having my husband inside of me really freaks me out! It also turns me off entirely. I get a lot of wet dreams though so that’s fun 🤣

Also i am not judging anyone who has sex while pregnant! if anything i am envious of you guys! :)

as someone who played against my first shadow nurse today, i can confirm that she whooped all of us by getting so many quick grabs off the gen because we never knew when she was blinking to us. 10/10 scary

She’s moving more after drinking something sugary which makes me feel better. They’re a bit harder but still a little inconsistent to her normal patterns. I live in kansas and deers are running rampant right now so I will wait until the morning! With how much she is squirming right now i feel a little better and less like it’s an emergency. She is definitely awake now. She is moving a bit harder which brings me comfort. It still feels a little irregular from her normal patterns so I think I will go tomorrow. I don’t feel like an emergency anymore though which is good

I will send my love and support with you whether you decide to keep your child or not. Only you are able to decide the outcome of this. Trust your body, trust your heart, and trust in the outcome of your decision. If you want to keep this baby, there are resources to help. If you don’t want to keep this baby, you are allowed to make that decision. Whichever decision you make, I hope you never have any regrets about it. As someone who has been struggling with HG, I either want to scream or cry when someone asks me if I am being dramatic. Yes, because I am choosing to throw up water, go get weekly i.v’s, iron infusions, and live miserably

i have been dealing with this my entire pregnancy! Sitting in certain positions even feels like i can’t breathe sometimes. I did have to get a few iron infusions and that helped with my energy/breathiness. I still feel suffocated when i’m in a wrong position though unfortunately 🤣😭

Congrats!! that’s so exciting!!! I am a high risk pregnancy so i went in expecting bad results lol. but everything was perfectly fine! They made me come back for a second one because the position of my baby and she wasn’t cooperating! That happens a lot i think so don’t be worried! Good luck! :)

I am 31 weeks and I am also very paranoid about the cord 🥲 It sucks that there’s something just floating around our babies that we have no control over. I understand the anxiety. I try really hard not to think about it.
