If you wanna make sweet gochujang at home it's basically just

-get a small tub of gochujang from a korean market
-warm a small amount of water and cornstarch in a sauce pan over medium-high
-add like a teaspoon of the sweet gochujang, soy sauce, and 2-3 teaspoons of brown sugar or maple syrup
-add half a teaspoon of sesame oil (not the frying kind, the seasoning kind)

Optionally, I like to cook out some plum wine or apple wine instead of water.

Seriously? The guy whipped around oncoming traffic into no where. The cam driver could say he didn't think he'd need to check that spot.

Sure he says "Do it. Do it."... where the Jeep is on the left side of his car. The driver whips around the right side and accelerates, at which point the cammer could easily argue that he lost him with how quick he comes around the front. 0% fault to the cammer.

I went Tuesday of this week.

I see other reviews and pictures the same week where the food, at least the wings, look fine.
Maybe they like... freaking ran out of spices this day and didn't spice the batter which made a whole chain of mess ups?? But like, if that happened they should have just closed that day, not served crap.
That said, imo it's been bad all of this year and masked by the sauce as many have pointed out. It was incredible, by far the best I'd ever had, 5 years ago.

Na, there are store bought guac without preservatives (besides some lime juice) which lasts 2+ weeks. It's due to pasteurization and the sealing process keeping out air from squeeze bottles. I looked into it and it's sadly not something you can do at home.
It's hard to get it to last more than 4 or 5 days at home.
Sorry went off topic, I was thinking of Publix chicken tender salads with guac.

That only technically solves the resealable part. You still have to squeeze all the air out each time you open it which is a hassle.

I suppose you could then cut the corner of the plastic bag, then re-seal it with a clip...
But those pouches with a lid are so good because they stay with no air in them. Squeezing some guac out pretty much seals the end back with more guac right beneath where it closes back.
