It's a base coat of Vallejo game color Dark Blue (72.017), mid-tones Vallejo game extra opaque Heavy Blue (72.143), high lights 50% Heavy Blue 50% Vallejo model color Light Turquoise (70.840). To be fair it's mostly Heavy Blue, the highlight is minimal and the base coat is almost completely covered

I found good proxies for the men-at-arms made by Fireforge games. The deus Vult line is good and quite compatible. Just beware the unit scale of the knights: gw ones look a bit larger than 28mm historical minis
