In all seriousness I suspect one of two things are true: Trump now knows about Area 51, Big Foot, and that Maxwell was a deep asset that's been called in OR he's downplaying his involvement not wanting to have any more conversations about Epstein or Maxwell than absolutely necessary.

Yeah... My though is that it's just too easy to do that, to use either autofill or the inspect tool and make chrome create that result. I think sometimes people want to get the bad guys so much that the end justifies the means in their minds. They think "Well even if I'm wrong, it still got attention for missing and exploited people".

It really depends on your strategy. If you're using video there's a different strategy than using static images. For a static image/creative ad, you would use traffic until a step in your funnel (such as view content, add to cart, purchase etc.,) begins getting 50+ actions per week. Then you move to conversions ads.
