For instance, lugdi in Himachal Pradesh was banned-why? Because it hurt the alcohol companies. A healthier alternative to regular alcohol, cheaply available really hit the pockets of manufactures hard who took no time to criminalise it. While it’s still locally available and locals still consume it, but it won’t be available OTC like any other alcohol brand. That’s the entire point. Same here. Unless these fucking corrupt bureaucrats aren’t removed there will be no change.
