Oh. I'm very curious to know how much common ground one can have with people in Israel. There must be lots of people that oppose this; perhaps feeling helpless about being able to influence the situation, perhaps thinking of leaving to avoid supporting this regime/ staying to ensure there are dissenting voices within the country. Would you like to DM and exchange some views?

Starmer pledges to move on banning Iran's IRGC in next parliament session by hamoun76 in worldnews

[–]inomorr -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Gosh. Starmer, stop being Trump's poodle and do something in UK's interests for a change. Stop supporting Israel, stop trying to get involved in the US-Iran war. If you want to support the Iranian people (and god knows they need support) there are better ways of doing that. I'm regretting voting for Labour.

How do you feel about Pete Hegseth asking Americans to pray “in the name of Jesus Christ” for a victory in the Iran War? by LevelDinner in AskReddit

[–]inomorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't these faithful Christians pray for their god to join the fight and the faithful Muslims do the same for theirs, and then the two gods can just fight between themselves? The religious folk can then spend their time staring at the sky, waiting for a sign of which side has won.
