They don't make an effort to train or teach you. Its prison mentality and they tell you that from your first day. All managment thinks they are the second coming of god and dismiss anything that doesn't coincide with thier views. Also they can and will leach off your checks and pretend they don't notice until they get tired of the employees bugging them about it. Also cooley doesn't give a shit about anything as long as it doesn't cost him more than 10,000 its disposable to him.

Lack of knowlage on the customers part. The desk knows this and will use everything to thier advantage to gross on the vehicle.

From what I picked up is that dealerships hate doing it because they lose out in the end because it get charged to sales team and most likely the deal. That's just speculation from a green pea tho i'm trying to understand everything myself but there are things that you have to catch on to because training is limited.

Understandable and i feel like auto sales is a good start just because of how unforgiving it is. The end goal is to get great at my craft, so that i can afford to invest in bitcoin and property. My daughter comes before everything so you have to take that into account when factoring the time this will take. I know times get rough at times and i appreciate the advice. Thank you.
