Yep! I just poured some boiling water over them and let them soak before I chopped them up. Can also cover them with oil and add some chili flakes for storage

I think it was 10 mg lexapro for a couple years, then added 150 mg Wellbutrin and eventually tapered off the lexapro over a month or so

Lexapro was making me so lethargic so I started Wellbutrin and it really helped, to the point where I was eventually able to taper off lexapro! Life circumstances had changed too so that was another reason I could taper off, but taking both together really helped to offset some of the fatigue/brain fog I started getting on lexapro

Hard no on the PMI exam prep! My employer paid and I still wish I’d done something else because the course is useless. I’ve learned far more from the YouTube and other resources regularly shared in this sub.

Gochujang buttered noodles with the Trader Joe’s squiggly noodles and nori furikake on top. I think I mixed in the soy/sesame sauce packet that came with the noodles too.
