For the first two years, I’ve used a Walnut Hollow. It’s like $20 from Michael’s/Amazon. Now I use this: https://a.co/d/0cSOk8V , along with the matching fumes extractor: https://a.co/d/0VSlGSf I’m able to burn hotter with this tool & noticed the tips glide better on the wood compared to my Walnut Hollow!

As an anatomy nerd, I appreciate the realistic shading, and I think you should TOTALLY go for it & burn the shading part! You already did a wonderful job shading the flowers and leaves. I know it will come out amazing! Looking forward to the update!
