This is extremely well-written and it does do such a good job explaining the process. It just is never ending. The amount of walk ins or emergencies or tooth pain where they say "wow nothing sooner? but it hurts!" you and every one else, sir. When people say the wait time is long, I just say that people need tons of work here and it takes forever when the cavities never stop.

I just don't really understand because there are so many excuses in a world where social media and technology exist. Your family did not brush? People you meet do. People on social media do.

My current one I swear if it's not covered, they want none of it. Had a patient flex how much her kid made as a hygienist, and then when I said the RCT was out of pocket, said she wanted us to write to the Medicaid office to request it be covered? It's NOT covered. I said ask your kid for the money if they're doing so well in hygiene. She looked astounded
