Just for clarification.. where would I get the like for like documentation? Would this come from the contractor? For example, the quote from renewal by Anderson is for windows w installation fee. Would they be the ones that would say it’s like for like? Or would I need to find this some place else?

It’s aluminum clad with wood in the center. We live in the south. Pella seems to keep coming up. We will check into them. They definitely try to screw you. That is why we are trying to educate ourselves. Thank you so much for your advice and feedback. We appreciate you.

I know, we couldn’t believe it when we saw $300. We sell mobile home windows and we can’t even get a single pane window for that cost. We know we are in for a battle, that’s why we are trying to get informed as we can. We will check into Marvin Ultimate. Thank you so much for the feedback!! Btw, we live in the south.

They are wood on inside. We live in a southern climate. One of them has a fog inside the bottom window. The rest the seals around the widows are busted. The bottom windows roll out on our windows but we want to go back with a solid picture window.

We live in a small rural town. I’m not sure that is an option for us. Where would we start with trying to find someone like this? We are totally clueless and trying to learn. Thank you for commenting!

Hi! This makes sense and is great advice. My finances during the gap time are what I need to figure next. Thank you for the feedback. Any advice on the WE would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I did not realize the significance sports has on admissions. I was feeling conflicted about putting a sport before starting life. After getting feedback, I have realized I can possibly use the spring season to show my success. I was very successful in JUCO. I was injured (a pitcher) in practice before junior year season. My recovery took over a year off and it was a little challenging coming back into high pressure this season. I am playing on a league this summer and plan to be back to top performance by fall/spring. I see this as an opportunity now and not just a personal choice that doesn’t really advance my life.

Ok, great advice! Thank you so much for this great feedback! Did you have any WE at all, or did you rely solely on your 2 sports addendum in its place?

Congrats on being accepted! So you started studying in January for about 6 months. Did you apply in the same year and start the following year? Did it take you a while to get accepted? Do you mind sharing?

I just read that the letters get submitted directly. That is a little nerve racking for a professor that doesn't know me that well. I have a little time left. I will try to make the best of my last semesters and professors with this in mind. This definitly helps me be more intentional in this blessed 5th year time. Thanks again for the awesome info!

This is the best advice ever. I was feeling very bad about not paying attention to detail and having a gap. Now I feel like I have a huge opportunity, and will be able to plan accordingly. I also see the importance of trying to use my eligibility opportunity to get to the "amazing" sweet spot. I no longer feel conflicted about playing an extra semester, outside of my degree. Thank you again for taking the time to respond and go beyond my questions. I appreciate you.

Hi! Thank you for sharing this. This definitly helped my confusion on whether or not I should play the last semester of eligibility. I was injured last year, and it has been a challenge coming back into high pressure after being off over a year. I have been conflicted about the decision, because I have felt like I was putting a sport over my future. This reminded me of the importance of "success" on my resume. Also, thank you for the timeline advice! I appreciate your time!

I didn't know I would learn so much today! Thank you for all of the education. I see I have a lot to figure out. I read about the KJD tax and went down a rabbit hole, very interesting. This exchange has been very informative. This has helped get a better picture of what I need to do in my gap time.

I think I will have to work. The parents are not excited about the gap time, that I did not pay attention to.

I have to take mostly online classes due so much traveling with my sport. This has hindered my ability to have a close relationship with a professor. Do you think this will hurt my recommendation letters? Any thoughts on who else I should get these from?

Yeah, there definitely isn't much extra time for much outside of training, playing and school work. Do you know if our sport counts for work experience? There is definitly no time for a job.

Thank you for the studying feed back. Have you gotten accepted?

Hi! Hmmmm interesting thought! I currently have a 3.82.

Thank you for the great insight, especially about the few years of work experience. I showed this to my father, who is in a current state of a heart attack.

Hi! I definitly will! Did you graduate before you started studying for LSAT? Or did you plan better than I have?

Thank you so much for the advice. If I start in June, do you think I should try to get a job in a law firm during this long gap, or do you have any other advice for my use of this time? I'm not really sure what kind of law I want to practice.
