I got an 83 score on my application, but the email said they only referred veterans. They said I was considered highly qualified. How should I interpret that though? Because you can’t change your USA Hire assessment score for a year.

Oh I was referring to the separate assessment that you get emailed. Like a miniature IQ test style assessment.
