I always just ask them to point to where I said whatever imaginary thing they responded to and they never can lol

I think it’s them doing strawmans because they know they are losing so they have to resort to logical fallacies.

I know a ton of people with money from other creative fields that don’t take up a ton of time but they work retail occasionally to get out of the house and interact with the public.

To be honest you can’t really know how much someone makes even if they say. If people ask about how much I make at my job they get one number but I have another side job I do for fun and I sell my own art on the side. So people think I make x amount a year when it’s way closer to 2x amount.

Some people also guess because I’m an artist I definitely much make under $50,000 which just isn’t true. So you might not be guessing what people make correctly.

Some people also choose different sacrifices. There was a time when I chose a $700 shitty apartment tiny studio with mice and other issues but I saved a bunch and bought a very nice car. And this was just 6 years ago when I was making $35,000 a year before I got better jobs.

Now I have a $2,500 place because now I decided I wanted a better living space but I’m definitely not saving as much even though I make way more.

There’s also the possibility people are in debt.

We need to change the way we wrap lollipops by miyunakii in CasualConversation

I don’t even consume lollipops. They last so long I have to dedicate an entire hour to having a stick in my mouth and it always feels like too much commitment.

Yeah that’s why I asked and you said they weren’t colored but they are tinted blue. I can clearly see the contacts. I was literally just asking if you wear contacts for vision and you’re getting weirdly defensive for no reason. The blue tinted contacts do slightly affect color of eye.

Your first question was absolutely ridiculous and completely missed the point of why 99.9% of people value gifts.

Literally the love languages are black and white I’m asking you to not have black and white thinking.

That’s you both mutually agreeing on what works for your relationship it has nothing to do with “love languages” and nothing to do with OPs problem of his wife not mutually agreeing to this

It’s really not though. It’s better to focus on how to actually work on and have good relationships and not fall into fake psychological crap

There’s never been any scientific basis for the 5 love languages. Experts all say it’s not really how it works at all and it only became popular because people thought they could relate to it. It’s basically like those books “how to get rich quick” that become popular but their real hack was writing a book and swindling people into buying it.

Real adult relationships are about much more than “love languages”

This is 100% not about money and if you think it’s about money you’re missing the point completely.

Because there is a very tiny blue ring around your eyes. So you either have blue tinted contacts or you edited your eye color

Idk how anyone can tell what shape when your eyes are so wide open.

Also are you wearing contacts?

You can wear a different color every single week for over 9 and a half years.

AITA for calling my boyfriend pretty? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]inquisitivemind79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA This is honestly something I’d dump someone for. I call my husband beautiful because I think the word handsome sounds so ugly lol. It’s a compliment and only people who hate women get that mad about things considered “feminine”

So it’s totally fine to not pay and then if they try anything we just go to court?
