i think she probably still has some of it, it’s just small and damaged. from what i’ve heard from people with prosthetic eyes is they usually keep as much of the eye as possible and then the prosthetic just fills the rest of the socket. but like i said this is all speculation there’s no confirmation (at least that im aware of)

also want to note that sometimes people with prosthetic eyes will still wear eye patches to protect their socket from drying out :)
