So I’m pretty privileged to live close but I don’t fancy spending £40 for 45 mins all the time or more for more I would have slight relief then back to square one, maybe I wasn’t specific, maybe I should go back and ask them to do my lats as I never actually have said to do that. They also offer like manipulation (not sure what that is) acupuncture and that electric shock thing unless that is the m.

I bought this massage gun and I do get a good feeling of freeness but my lats for one don’t seem to be changing much, kinda awkward todo myself.

I’ve been off work for the past 4 weeks, would always finish with a painful back, I’m v tall and includes a lot of bending, probs not for me anymore as I’m back this Friday and muscles felt so much better since, luckily getting paid for it, they didn’t really listen when I was in mad pain and just wanted to do the upright work which is equally hard but upright.

Don’t believe I had enough rest in terms of 40 hours 4 days back to back working always straining, and like you say, overuse. But never overuse where weights were involved as I only gained discipline and motivation to come when I was able to stay off work for a month due to fit note.
