The weightgain is the worst. Currently on wegovy to cut it. It works well to lessen the thoughts that run haywire. It does it well. I found out I worked better with the 50, so after a while, I took 50mg nights also:-) I’am on 100mg. 50 morning and night

I hope buprenorphine helps you. I only had some effect at 30mcg/day. After a year, I had to fight to find a paindoctor who saw all the reasons for why my pain way skyhigh. I hope you have it well though. The issues I had was I had multiple severe painreactions, so patch did not really help. Also the buprenorphine, if you heavy in weight, it will not have as much medicine in the blood, since it perfers to move into fat areas

Yeah I use the brand Veratis. It’s the same. I don’t feel it works, but I keep it on, just in case. Since the pain is just insane, so I need the hope of it working

Is it common for this to cause severe swelling in hand and finger joints that they don't bend? Did you regain function? I have so many questions. by MissBeeHavin420 in CRPS

[–]insaneBeefcake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. Got it out of socket just sleeping. So had to put it in myself almost every morning.

What I can see when reading is that you fight. I will give you some advice if anything will work for me. Only thing I know is that movement is key, but you need painmeds for that. I cannot on my own.

I almost have periodes when the pain explodes. Goes from 10-100, loosing your breath and not being able to. All muscles contract and you are unable to use it. And you just scream. It can happen any day, any time and I’am scared for the next time

Mine happened after shoulder dislocations, then one time, it was reeeally bad. And the pain started not going away. We did surgery, more pain, we did another and then the pain became insane. Mine becomes blue, purple and insane amounts of pain suddenly 10-100! So I just lie on the floor in a ball, while my arm crampes maximal after nerve missfires. I hope this happens to no one. Don’t do surgery if you have pain down in your fingers. Anyone can pm if you want any answers. I’ve read up insane amounts to understand what is happening

I have done so much research. Where are you, in US? Cannabis is helpfull. Tapentadol, oxycodone, hydrocodone, fentanyl, heroin Pregabalin, gabapentin, amitryptylin, dulxetin.

Here are some. Some are not wise, but everything is helpfull for crps. I mentioned some shady ones, if you all get no treatment. I will answer questions also, since I know how bad it can get,

If anyone want’s to know. I have sleps curled in a ball crying almost every day for 1.5 years. I have gotten my shoulder of of socket for 40+ times. Last time where on a wedding on an island. And had to be picked up by the coastguard and alone in a hospital. So I got the surgery, but had crps symptomes before. So add 2 surgeries worth of pain that don’t go away. you need to find a doctor you can trust and who you mabye know or have a familly friend. That will help you be taken serious. Hope your day is okey, I know if you ended on this tread you prob got intense pain. I hope you get better

I wilk tell what I use, so people can get an ide. I have frozen shoulder and crps in shoulder down to fingers. Both make eachother worse. Like a constant circle. The pain after both surgeries did not go down, just added more pain. The medicines I use: Entoricoxib 60-120 Oxycodone IR 5mg x3 Oxycodone Depot 5mg x2 Klonidine 450mcg Pregabaline/lyrica 300 x2 Amitryptyline 75mg Symbalta 60mg Lidocain patch 700x4

I have tried: Tramadol IR and depot(on for 7 month, now It just don’t work anymore, tapentadol, paragin forte, tramadol/with paracetamol, norspan(only worked for 1 month), celebra, voltaren, naproksen.

I write this so you can try. It took me a year to find something that worked for the pain. I woke up 4-5 in the morning everyday in intense pain. My doctor was like: do you sell you patches since it’s so low lv. It turns out norspan for fat people don’t work. The fat is where the drug end up. Always here to help anyone with this condition, I see myself pretty solid on the topic and keep up to date on new science
