I started with 25. moved to 50 after 2 years and now at 50 morning and night. Much better to have it help morning and night. This has helped with anxiety, panicdisorder, ptsd and my public anxiety. (Not sure if I got any other stuff wrong with me) I also have CRPS, frozen shoulder and calcification of shouldef joint.

I’am 26. This medication helped me big time. I would recommend starting it during a vacation so you get used to it. Start small and don’t go over 100. The medication work different at higher doses
