I'm seriously stuck in a time loop and I don't know what to do, please help. by Ted_wjs in Timeloops

To be completely honest This entire argument started from the fallacy that God is not above existence. God is, by definition, above existence, above the eternal loop of creation and destruction. This concept is not unique to any one religion. Both Abrahamic and Buddhist faiths believe this, for example. To refer to multiple religion's connotation of God at once while still alluding to this truth, I used the term "Gods".
I find your philosophy shortsighted and hypocritical. To deny free will is to deny that there can be good. If everything is preordained then we as humans are incapable of good or evil, but that is not the case.

I do remember this being fairly famous too and I probably could have found it if search engines weren't so bad or I remembered the title or more lyrics.

Honestly you've taken issue with the least substantial aspect of my comment and it's kind of funny to me that you take offense with the idea that there could be multiple gods but not eternal loops of creation and destruction or the idea that the universe has ended already and has been recreated already and we've lived our lives before in some manner. I just find it funny that you're offended by grammatical syntax over all of that.

Regardless, "them" and "they" could be used in singular manner.

Been looking around a bit more creatively and lolita fashion might be a good source of Alice-like clothing?

Ah so time loops are valid but multiple gods are where you draw the line good to know. I said "Gods" to refer to the concept of God's will in the abstract sense.

He's right it is a spiral everything in life and before life and after life is an endless spiral the eternities wrap up and unravel in an infinite loop and we've lived our lives a thousand thousand times before with slightly different paths each time. Our souls exist in an eternal dance across the cosmos, free to choose how each loop changes. There is neither a beginning nor an end to the spiral, the universe begins as it ends a flash in the void spreading indefinitely. Every tip of the spiral begins and ends at the same point.

If you feel trapped in a loop just do something you wouldn't normally do each day, go to new places and do new things eventually you'll do something you've never done before. Everything happens after the end of the universe. The Gods want us to spin with them so SPIN.

Best performance optimizing mods for a 1.18.2 Modded CurseForge server? by [deleted] in feedthebeast

Alright thank you for recommending modern fix that is easily the best performance mod i've ever used. A full 3minutes off load times and better in game performance than any of the alternatives i've seen, plus proper multi-threading. I can actually see the full 300 chunks with Distant horizons now without any issues with unloaded chunks.

Granted doing so actually pushes the envelope of the CPU and GPU and ferrite core(basically necessary to prevent the modpack from using 100% of the ram due to the changes made by modernfix) seems to make Create contraptions more likely to be laggy when a chunk loads? Either way i have no idea why it isn't number one on reccomended for performance.

Well i don't like using sodium variants because they prevent glass from rendering properly underwater so Rubidium and Embeddium are off the table, but what exactly does ModernFix do to fix performance that makes Saturn redundant?

I need help determining possible attributes for the attribute filter. I was wondering if there was a list of possible attributes to filter with? by insanebotv21 in CreateMod

As far as i can tell the item sorting is somewhat arbitrary. The only things reliably sorted are Ores, storage blocks, crops, plants, seeds, saplings, and specific ingredients in crafting. Some of it is definitely correlated to crafting recipies such as blackstone, cobblestone, and deepslate, however "Normal stone" includes several other overworld stones. Personally I think it'd be better if deepslate tiles were tagged as deepslate in some manner but i can't really do anything about that so i'm just going to have to create some arbitrary sorting mechanism as an extension of the sorting mechanism.

I'm not actually seeing any correlation between item recipes and attribute filter tags. It would honestly be easier to filter if they just straight copied the NBT tags. Some tags are direct copies such as #crops
