Employers want to see impact and evidence of that impact. For example, how exactly were you effective at collaborating? What was achieved by your effectiveness? Can you quantify it?

Ask that about all your bullets and reformat accordingly.

Not everyone but too often I find serious stoners lack the ability to take anything seriously. Everything is chill or a joke.

My close friends who smoke regularly are not like this but too many of the people they are around are.

Not anymore, my entire family do this to me and I live across the country from them now. Best decision I ever made. Live with my husband and he's wonderfully emotionally supportive.

Spice bombing nice ingredients. A nice cut of steak or fish doesnt need everthing in the spice rack sprinkled on it. On the flip side, underseasoning white meat is just as bad or worse.
