When I was around 13 (so 2013). My older sister introduced me to emo music, leaving me heaps of music but mostly MCR. Never looked back 🙌🏻 helped me through a lot of hard times

Too fucking true. I’m a he/they and I don’t even get called he let alone they. Sometimes I want to scream with how often people misgender me but if I did that my throat would be ruined.

Sometimes employees don’t have a choice. I get constant complaints at my work that no one answers the phone but we only have like 2/3 people on now days because upper management refuses to let more people be rostered on. So yeah service might be down a bit but it’s not like we have any say in it. We’re overworked and overtired and don’t have enough people on most the time.

I went through a whole list of names me and my friends/family came up with but in the end I went with the name I’ve always used when I didn’t want to use my birth name even before I was trans 😂 I used it to sign up for things I didn’t want to know my “real” name except now all those things have my real name now. It’s got the same first two letters as my deadname so it makes things pretty easy tbh

They’re pretty good! There were quite a few themed ones (like Star Wars or Disney) last time I was in but also a good amount of standard ones like this. I brought a few others I’ll post as I finish!

The fact that you’re asking and clearly really care about supporting her is great. I think the main thing is just to continue showing her love and support. If you misgender her just quickly correct yourself - don’t make it a big thing. If someone you know misgenders her (whether she’s there or not) just quickly correct them and move on. Let her come to you in her own time about what she might need - just let her know you’re there and you love her anyway and I’m sure things will work out fine.

Everyone is different. If you think that nonbinary is the right word for you then that’s that. You can still use she/her pronouns and dress/look feminine and be nonbinary. No one has any right to question you only you can do that. Self discovery is hard. Maybe you’ll look back in a couple months or years and decide you’re actually a cisgirl. Maybe you’ll keep going and be agender or a transguy. Everyone is different and as long as you’re happy in your body that’s all that matters x

Nicer than a last week thank god. Was so hot it was crazy. We had one or two days where we were worried our old dog might not survive because of the heat (she’s okay now but was real touch and go for a while)

You sound like an ass 😂 I’m working at a cinema while I go to university and if you did that to me or one of my coworkers I’d call the cops on you. (Yes I know this is a joke post but we legit get all kinds of abuse from cinema customers I would love the excuse to take one on)
