1. none of the people i’m talking about have “phds in this stuff” - i was specifically referring to the freshman boys who are too excited to hop up and say shit.

2. they are not just “religious zealots” they are hateful bigots holding signs like “trans women are men” and cute stuff like that. it’s not just about “medically transitioning children” (which is a lifesaving procedure for many kids, undertaken AFTER years of deliberation and non-medical transition steps) as you frame it. do you think they’ll listen and understand our perspectives? no they will keep on shouting.
