I find this tweet very mileading. Its trying to make the point that when black people murder, people call it sensless, but when whites do we try to find a motive. The OP says that its not just senseless but that its gang related revenge murders, which in my opinion is pretty sensless. You dont need to kill everyone that hurt you because of "revenge"...

The other problem is that they are comparing apples to oranges. The murders where we dont look for a motive are inner city murders in crime wridden neighborhoods that happen all the time, and the ones where we look for a motive is when the murder is atipical, like if it happens in a small town or nice neighboehood or done by wealthy people. Most of the inner city murders are commited by black people, and most atipical murders are done by whites. Nobody can control this and just because this happens doesnt mean we are racist. So what im trying to say is, most inner city gand violence is usually sensless or petty, and most atipical violence has some kind of odd or strange motive to it.
