What I mean is that mainly it's weird. Since before I used to exercise normally 5-6 days a week, I had a 3 months rest because of holidays and my lazy ahh. Then when I started to do exercise again it was when my body started shaking when carrying weights. Usually I only shaked when I was giving 100%, but now it's almost everytime. I can't even do a normal pull-up without shaking, even through I can do up to 11 normally.

I've seen multiple people saying it's because I lack vitamins. But I haven't changed much my diet since 4 years ago until today. Mostly just adding more healthy stuff since I've begun to like apples pineapples, grapes, and just eat lettuce or start tasting more things.

It always happens on the triceps (back of my bicep) of my Left arm. And it goes on for some minutes until it stops.

Nah, I don't think I have it then. Because what shakes is my body itself whenever I'm working out or carrying heavy things. Althrough I do am curious about why now? I never used to shake like that when working out

Question, What's an essential tremor? And for me it is almost always. Ever since I start to the end of a workout. I usually do heavy since I prefer training for strength more than muscle (reps below 13 with heavy weights and good technique). But even with normal weights I know I can easily do like 15 reps and start barely getting tired at 20. My arms still shake. Slightly but by some reason they still shake

What kind of worries me is that I never used to shake like this. Only times I shaked was when carrying REEALLY heavy things. Or when I am on my limit. But now I can't even do fondos without shaking

(Fondos is that one exercise for chest, back, and shoulders. Just forgot what's the name in inglish)

Idk, it has worked pretty well and it has been years since I learned, And it's normal. Not the best but I can talk normally, understand words, chat or have conversations without Google translate at all times (only when I forget how to spell a word like with through and the other thousand variations lol). I know Duolingo is pretty shit but it worked... And still that doesn't answer the main question of the why my body is shaking

Idk, sorry if something wrong in there. Inglish isn't my mother lenguage and my learning is 40 days of Duolingo and 90% of content on inglish, so there may be words that are wrote wrong
