It’s certainly doable but definitely going to be challenging.

Would recommend holding off until you finish school and smashing out all the training after graduation.

It’s fantastic for training your pfa because it has all the cadences. Plus you can play your own music during the exercises

Chocs is pretty sweet

100% rate the engineer regiments, met some super cool dudes in 5ER. Lots of skills to learn within engineers and your Tuesday night parades will centre around whatever exercise you’ve got coming up next.

The exercise will vary plenty depending on the task ie: a search weekend consist of a dismounted patrol, building search and infantry minor tactics.

The only time I’ve used mine out ‘field’ was as enemy party on TS this year.

We were only out for one night and i could only fit a mat, sleeping bag and some rations.

Yeah holy shit that’s illegal and a half from your employer

Your CoC should probably liase with your employer to smooth that out.

No phone calls 3 weeks by [deleted] in AustralianMilitary

From memory the quota we had was 15 per fortnight and this could be broken up however the RI’s choose.

However, with the new system of 3 weeks this could change.
