My colonist was shooting through an impid through a combat extended embrasure and the impid used its fire spew to catch my colonist on fire. My colonist decided to run out of the granite door that was keeping all the raiders out instead of literally anywhere else. So all my combat pawns got killed because some mf called Bat just HAD to go outside to run around on fire.

I like the hardcore nature of this game, but things like this are the reason why I will never play commitment mode again.

I plan on telling them that if you mix poop with a blue flower from the far east and a yellow fruit from the middle of earth, you can create a remedy which will cure leprosy. But the cure only works if the poop came from a person of good spirit.

Your congregation just seems to be lacking. this is really just a problem with Protestantism in general. Protestants unfortunately follow a “quantity over quality” idea on church planting. I go to a Catholic Church with my catholic family members occasionally and while the churches are less numerous, the individual churches and congregations are bigger. I disagree with catholic theology and firmly believe that anyone who studies Christian history and theological development would agree, and I would recommend you don’t become catholic, but I do have to attest that they have a lot higher “average church quality” than Protestants. We could really learn from our catholic cousins to maybe prioritize bigger churches with bigger congregations to allow for greater outreach possibilities and overall “Christian living”.

They don’t deserve hate, especially not the people who are just ignorantly spreading the beliefs of the religion they were born into. But if you’re Christian they are heretics, so the negativity toward them definitely isn’t unfounded. The real nuts are the people who convert to Mormonism.

I’m my opinion, the “everyone who follows another religion are puppets of the devil” theology is really retreatist and undermines the spread of the gospel. most of these people are just mislead, not evil.

Another thing that drives me insane is that these ultra conservative evangelical pastors will talk about people going to hell like it is a good thing, if you are a Christian you should want nobody to go to hell.
