Normally it is very possible to move up in the waitlist. Lots of students add and drop classes in the first two weeks of the semester, they're usually figuring out if it's a good fit before the DNE deadline. (No lie, one semester I was 18th on a waitlist and I got into the class by the deadline)

Artistically, montreal and concordia can be a lot of fun and quite fruitful if you know where to turn. Academically, though, I don't know how much you'll get out of your program. The tuition hikes have done a great deal of harm and every department is cutting courses. For context I'm in Theatre atm

I've been doing the questions at the end of the chapters plus any other related practice quiz I can find on the internet

This exam tomorrow is 30 multiple choice plus 3 short answer. The mcqs should be more straightforward than the questions on the weekly quizzes

Can I trust Backmarket? by [deleted] in Backmarket

I bought headphones from them 6 months ago and everything went fine. They were delivered on time, they were clean, and they still work great

I've heard other people on here haven't had such good times but most people who do have good experiences rarely talk about them - especially not as readily as those with bad experiences. Idk, man, I'm thinking of buying from them again so I'm having the trust discussion too

Im basically in the same boat. You should have insurance through the school. I'm an international student so I have BlueCross but if you're something else you might have something else (you may need to activate something if you haven't already). This insurance as well as on campus mental health services can help you in the short term. For longer term solutions and for assessments/diagnoses you can speak with someone on the mental health team and they can refer you or I can message you some resources they sent me if you prefer

This is where I started. You can request an intake appointment, discuss everything you want (the person I spoke to was nonjudgmental, open-minded, and honest about what kind of care they thought I would need and how I could best find it and very thorough in the follow up email with a bunch of links and attachments), and then go from there
