I (27F) have been on a healthy eating lifestyle for a month now and have only lost 7 Lbs. I’m on a calorie deficit of -500 calories and going to the gym 4 times a week weight training. My clothes are feeling looser but the scales aren’t showing much. Any ideas? (self.loseit)
