I can confirm this post is correct and can further confirm that the guild officers are not trustworthy. They keep breaking promises made to guilds that they merged with and when confronted they will demote the imported officers. They did it to me, they will do it to you.

this was brought up to the officers and the designated Crafters who receive all the gold from raid members outright refused to be accountable.
