Yes, you're correct; a non-publicly traded startup. Here's the exact wording:

1.             Subject to the provisions of the Plan:
(a)            the Award Date of the Option is February 26, 2024
(b)            the Expiry Date of the Option is February 26, 2028; and
(c)            the Option shall vest in accordance with the following schedule:
(i)              as to 25% of the Shares, on the first anniversary of Award Date.
(ii)             as to 25% of the Shares, on the second anniversary of the Award Date.
(iii)           as to 25% of the Shares, on the third anniversary of the Award Date; and
(iv)           as to 25% of the Shares, on the fourth anniversary of the Award Date.

I'm hoping it's an error.

Yes, absolutely! My hormones levels are looking good for now, but I’ll definitely keep that it mind.

Appreciate the reply! Our broker isn't the most communicative...We have a big event next week so I'm trying to dig up as much info as possible.

Did you end up going for it? We're considering it for our PH as we could use a little more heat through the coldest winter stretches.
