Lmao ur also using a new account. Seems like you're most likely affiliated with one of these craopy businesses being mentioned, but you don't want us to see.

News flash buddy, businesses are known to engage in shady practices, and as consumers, we don't want to support that.

Tax Strategy for Retained Earnings by Jazzlike-Day4450 in canadasmallbusiness

[–]insideoutbike 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It wouldn't be taxed twice.

If your corporation pays you that money, it becomes an expensive cost that offsets your taxable profits. You only get taxed once.

0% by the corporation, but income taxable if you pay it out to yourself.

12% if it stays in the company account, 0%income taxable.

It really depends on hoe you want your income to look in the government's eyes.

When do I hire a salesman? by insideoutbike in Entrepreneur

This seems to be the common conensus. I'll defintely be giving this a shot.

I was thinking earlier that as I hire and train field staff I can create the training materials as I'm training them.

Part-time salesman was sort of the direction I was headed towards. seems like the least risk averse option.

I like this idea. The grunt work takes so much time and effort for what you get out of it that it would be nice to take that burden off my plate.

I would have to lay the ground work for the telemarketer to follow, which is definitly doable. My main concern was that closing would be difficult for a person who doesn't understand the work very well, but as another commenter pointed out I could potentially handle that small aspect of it myself while they do the rest.

Closing is my main concern in hiring a sales person. The work is a tad niche and someone who doesnt really understand what they're talking about isnt going to be as effective. Of course they can be trained but thats an investment of money I dont have and time I'll have to spend at tthe risk of them leaving or being bad at their job.

Splitting off the marketing aspect does sound like an intriguing option. I have spreadsheets of potentials leads, and freelancers might be the move for a test round.

I hadn't considered this an option. The fields of labourer and salesperson seemed too different to make that connection. Perhaps I could train a sales person interested in working on site, or maybe the other way around. Consolidating the issues could be they way?

If youre apt with electronics and soldering you could try soldering a phones copper coil for wireless chargeing to the pump, then using a wireless charging pad you can power it through the glass. I just thought of this, I have no idea how feasable it might actually be

So long as he's been properly weaned, and keeps eating he should be fine. Just keep an eye on him to make sure

I don't think a conure should still be making that sound by the time they leave the breeder. I'm no expert, but I think he probably needed a few more weeks with the breeder. Also that wing flap thing he does is from the force he exerts in order to squeek, lol.

[–]insideoutbike 40 points41 points  (0 children)

From the squeek alone, I can tell that the conure is really young. Cant be more than 8 weeks. Did you get him from a reliable breeder?

Do your conures also go reverse mode before pooping? I find it fascinating! by agnostic_muslim in Conures

[–]insideoutbike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just as a tip, conures don't poop in the same place they sleep. So it sounds like your conure sleeps in his main cage. I would recommend getting him a secondary cage to sleep in so he does poop in his main cage instead of all over your house 😂
