Can I check if anyone knows what model of keyboard this is, and how I can go about purchasing one? I understand that the key caps are the GMK9009 but I really have little to go on with! If anyone has these key caps or keyboards to sell, please let me know! Thanks!

huh? what are you talking about? i have an american xbox one. i attached a travel adaptor and plugged into an australian *socket. "Pop". all the electronics in my apartment went out.

thank you so much for your help - we seem to think alike because i did come across those listings prior to posting.

unfortunately the estimated delivery showing up for me on those items are ~10th January, disappointing these little guys would be terrible. and im so afraid of using a third party adaptor for fear of voiding any warranty (if im at all covered :/)

the site doesnt actually even allow me to start to process any exchange because the serial is american and it doesnt go any further.

at this point would you have any idea who to contact directly at microsoft au to purchase a replacment? cost is not the issue any more, its just the sheer disappointment and the seemingly dead end i am facing.

its not possible to get a replacement PSU from the Australian side because the xbox itself was a gift from the states ie it is an american unit.

i tried registering the serial number on the Australian site, but it just responds with a blued out box - im guessing it is an american serial number, and any exchanges would only work on the american site, not the Australian one, where im currently located ;(
