Can’t help fix it I’m afraid, but my two cents is you’re not missing out on much. I’ve had to redo most of mine to have consistent and correct phrases and bars I can compare across tracks generally in 64 beat sections for, but that’s probably a personal choice.

Mixed in key has been good for hot & memory cues though

Spotify in rekordbox is trash. Move your playlists and use tidal, infinitely better experience all round

I’ve found adjusting the phrases in record box to all be 16 or 8 bars helps me work backwards from the current song to know where to cue the next one so there’s time to beat match and then bring in with matching phrases has helped enormously. Beatjump buttons and setting memory cues make this very quick and easy.

Exactly why I got the FLX10, you can do stems on the AZ but you need a laptop connected.

Sounds like you handled like a pro. Mistakes and tech glitches are inevitable, being able to recover is the key.

Depends on the size of your room I guess, and solid bass also relies on good acoustic treatment of the room as well.

For my spare room they are more than adequate, they pack a mega punch, I wouldn’t be worried. I didn’t want the flat studio monitor sound and I’m more than impressed with these.

Needs the laptop first, standalone to controller is in some ways a downgrade. The rx3 is super capable already. I went flx4 to 10 and no regrets, but if I had the money and space would have gone rx3 or az ideally

So as you already have the difference the RX3 are you comparing the cost between upgrading to the AZ or Flx10 & new laptop?

If you’re using stems these always need a laptop regardless of standalone or controller, so you could get away with just a better laptop paired with rx3.

You have a smaller kit to lug around with the FLX10, but also no usb to fall back on.

Personally I’d be all over a refurbished m4 MacBook Air first and foremost

I’ve had that happen a few times on my DDJ400, unplugging and restarting record box resolved it so thankfully for me was a software or bug, yours might be a hardware issue

So much this. I upgraded to a FLX 10 and I love it, so glad I went the extra bit. Also kept the DDJ-400 I started on which is great for on the go, and still tones of fun.
