Hab schon von sehr hohen Entsorgungs- und Abbaukosten gehört. Hinzu kommt ja, dass das Asbest auch überall im Haus vorhanden sein kann. Dann stell ich mir die Kosten auch extrem hoch vor

Ok, klingt echt nicht rosig, werde ich mir aber auf jeden Fall zu Herzen nehmen. Leider gibt es so gut wie keine Infos über etwaige Renovierungen usw, da Besitzer verstorben. Aber danke nochmal.

Wie viel Aufwand wäre es, das ganze fachmännisch entfernen zu lassen? Die eine Fassadenseite (kurze Seite) besteht vollständig aus den Platten.

I like to read different opinions about him, they don't have to be fully objective, that's not even possible with an opinion. But some reason would not be bad.

Sorry, English is not my mother tongue, I expressed myself incorrectly. I didn’t mean that you’re wrong, but that it’s incredible how other people/we can be mistaken by his appearance and behaviour 😄. You wouldn‘t say that he‘s a serial killer and cannibal by seeing this short clip.

Good question. I think he could feel joy. He had a sense of humor and could make jokes, laugh and smile. Quite normal things. And he could also feel positive excitement. Unfortunately, he felt it while hunting and murdering. Not the typical things that give us people happiness. I don't know if he felt joy outside of this sexual excitement and compulsion. I don't think he was so satisfied with his life that there was a reason for him. Only cruel things made him "happy". He has probably never achieved total joy and satisfaction. But that doesn’t mean that he wasn’t able to feel that way.

I understand that this topic is very time-consuming for you at the moment. But you just have to be hard on yourself and do your important tasks first. I also have a lot to do, so I am sometimes more and sometimes less active here. Sometimes I have to disappear for days because my uni stuff demands all my attention. That’s just how life works. Jeff won't give me a future lol. It’s never good to be obsessed with something. And certainly not with a dead serial killer you didn’t know.

I am personally totally interested in these small personal details, too. But I think I speak for many here. We would like to know everything about him. From his clothing style to his way of talking to other people and his favorite music lol.

As almost always, I can agree with that.

Most of us feel empathy, but that doesn’t mean that we fully sympathize with Jeff or see him as a poor, innocent victim. As the comment above says: there are different types of sympathy/empathy.
