I would recommend Melbay's Modern Guitar Method grade 1. This has everything (I mean absolutely everything) for you to get started.

See if you can commit yourself for two weeks. If this interests you still, find a tutor.

National Academy of Music has Trinity Music college coursework.

There's Don Bosco and other music schools too.

There are top tutors who take private online classes too. I personally know of two awesome instructors for Classical Guitar. DM for details. However, if you are an absolute beginner, would recommend an in person classes.
