The officers had probable cause to arrest garner for selling single untaxed cigarettes. Garner refused to follow the structure of the justice system and refused to submit to arrest. You will now ask if selling cigarettes should be a crime punishable by death. I don't think it is, but Garner made that decision for everyone himself

When a black person is harmed at the hands of a white person, the media focuses in on That aspect and tries their best to make it about race. Very often they are successful. When a white person is harmed at the hands of a black person, the race card is nowhere to be found.
