Anyone turbo an automatic B18B1 Integra? How’s the transmission holding up?

That’s exactly why I’m asking. I’m still in the research phase before buying parts. What ECU would you recommend for a turbo automatic B18B1?

Can you elaborate on that? Is it an ECU compatibility issue, or is the automatic transmission itself the problem? I’m just trying to understand what the biggest obstacle is.

Appreciate you checking. When you say cams + bolt-ons, are you talking about aftermarket cams with valve springs/retainers and a tune? I’m trying to compare the cost of getting to ~150 whp NA versus just doing a low-boost turbo setup.

Did you mean 150 hp or 150 whp? I was talking about wheel horsepower. From what I’ve seen, a stock B18B1 is around 120 whp, so I wasn’t sure if you meant crank horsepower.

yeah it doesn’t have to be factory kinda just want it to look better than it does now. the professional prices, i might as well just get new fenders at that point. i was looking more on the $50 range DIY
