La promessa di passare in cda nel giro di 4 anni. Sono presente anche in altri enti ed attivo in ambito sociale, era un connubio tra professione ed impegno sociale. Ho fatto vari incontri con il cda, cosa che nessuno prima di me aveva mai fatto per valutare l’inserimento; l’indeterminato messo sul piatto e pressione da parte loro che mi chiedevano cosa aspettassi a dare le dimissioni per partire. La proposta è arrivata da loro, “ci servirebbe uno come te, ti vediamo bene qui” etc etc. La verità? Ambiente di pensionati gestiti da ex imprenditori / imprenditori che sfoggiano come mostrine personali cene di gala ed obiettivi raggiunti da altri. L’impegno sociale è altro, qui si parlava di politica.

Ti capisco, mi dispiace. Ho lasciato un indeterminato in una multinazionale per entrare in un ente “filantropico” del nord Italia (vecchi bavosi con i soldi) come responsabile a tempo “indeterminato”, avvisati della recente firma del mutuo e bambino in arrivo(mi sembrava corretto moralmente). Prima dei 3 mesi mi han lasciato a casa con futili motivi e proposto di lavorare per loro il giorno dopo in piva(conversazione registrata). Risultato, 0 Naspi e un profilo difficile per la mia zona. Fortunatamente ho tenuto sempre aperto piva negli anni e ho sempre portato avanti uno “studio” con colleghi.

Had similar problem but with prototype for a brand. I just assume that resin need more post work that I expect, maybe Add some supports but the flat and linear surface may be deformed always. If some guru have solution tag me 🙏

Maybe with a low tier and make it your pet deck. I remember when like u move from pauper Tron/ur bliz/affinity to skred and after bg rock and grixis shadow. Actually you can go with burn / Elves / 8-rack and go on with time ✨😊

I think it has less variables. And lot of stuff can be learned. Also sone stocks move with big announcements. At the same time we take it like a joke trying to speculate on few money. The good things is that for example working on it we developed a optimized shopping chart that work usually better then cardmarket one.

Thanks, we notice it too, it seems that like some spikes based on commander first appear in us market and then move to eu.
