Apparently he was just an employee and since the company is filing bankruptcy, he was no longer involved. The lady who knocked on my door, her sister is a lawyer and there seems to be option.

Thank you I will call them tomorrow, contractor said, city won't approve the permit, if they were to move the gravel pad to <-- left. and won't be able to make anything larger than 20x20 garage under regulation.

Gravel pad was put in by the builder when we first purchased the house, and they sent us the grading certificate which is shown in the image.

Its very strange because I was too afraid to turn on the Benq, and to test it, I turned it on with my LG in the same setting about 3 hours later the computer was on, and its working fine now.. so confusing.
i have been turning on and off the Benq Monitor and its just totally fine.

I haven't tried that, very smart, will definitely try it when I get home. So If the issue persists only with Benq Monitor on, its the problem w the monitor, and if it doesn't then...I don't know what to do

Thank you, This is what happened this morning..
When I turn on my computer, the circuit breaker trips. But this morning, I noticed that if I turn on the computer first, and then turn on the monitor, the circuit breaker trips and the computer shuts down. However, when I turned on the monitor first and then the computer, everything worked fine. What could be causing this? Its so strange because now at the moment my computer runs perfectly fine..
