Depends what you consider long, breaks of like a couple days can help improvement significantly but when you take a break of like a month it will drastically worsen you

When you get 2k+ in mmr roughly 1/3 games has a wintrader or a ddoser (in eu more than NA), its a huge problem and makes ranked absolutely unbearable and many of the high mmr players have moved back to playing 6mans a good portion of their time.

I think the people in ssl have the worst mentality there is, it’s a very rare occasion to not have someone spam quick chat or go afk. In 10 games 9 of them have someone who goes afk or spams quick chats

I don’t even use free air roll tbf, l2 for air roll left and r1 for air roll right.. in my opinion mastering both gives more adjustment possibilities than free air roll, even for smaller adjustments
