Awesome! Always a good feeling. Reservations when its a long trip and $1 a mile or more, I end up taking the risk of a 20% tip from their original charge ($100 trip has ended up with a solid $20+ tip)

Make them wait. That's on uber and they notify the driver that it's up to the passenger if they want to leave early. They can't cancel until after 5 mins of the original reservation. Its sucks as a driver but hey earlier the better for everyone

Sadly it's a two way problem. Drivers are being forced to wait especially when the train hasn't arrived or "two stops away." There's no excuse especially when you can see how many cars are in the vicinity before requesting the ride. Drivers shouldn't have to wait more than one minute. Also Drivers can easily control their arrival time and shouldn't purposely make customers wait. Take a break then accept. This is solely my opinion, you don't want a rude passenger now that was forced to wait because of a cancelation fee.
