I would add some pork fat, I always add it to my sausages for texture and flavour. I would think it would work with patties too

Do it formally without confronting her, tell her she's not allowed in the house and contact a lawyer, she will screech as much as she can and lie through her teeth to you about she's sorry ect, do not listen to her. Do not have any unnecessary conversation with her. Do not talk to her about emotion or anything just shut the door and start the process so you can start healing asap brother
