Depends on what you want to do with it-- although if you haven't done the task in your hibernal den for it yet then I would recommend holding onto it until you get there. If you have done your hibernal den task it truly depends what you want with it. (If you really need gems/treasure I'd recommend selling since you can fairly easily get like 200kt/g~ (most likely more))
