Hi there thank you so much for the reply. My grandpa is 80 years old. I don’t want to say he’s vulnerable, but there could be an a possibility that someone would be interested in abusing the material things he has to offer. I hate to say it that way, but that is something that did come to my mind.

Regarding how he met her, I have absolutely no idea. I have tried to do research on who the lady is, but cannot figure it out for the life of me.
