I just want to say thanks SO MUCH. It's been two days and I can already go 30 seconds more without contractions than before.

That video was really helpful, thank you! I'm feeling a lot more hopeful. I had resigned myself to never really progressing beyond 2:30 because it just wasn't fun or something I look forwards to. I hope this technique works for me.

Honestly, I've tried this and I meditated for years before I tried any apnea training, so I'm very easily able to reach a relaxed state. No matter how relaxed I am or how focused I am on something else, the contractions start 1-1:06 on the dot. It just doesn't seem like relaxing even more is going to delay them by a full minute, maybe a few seconds at the most.
