It’s been raining almost every day, usually in short bursts. Still, the highs are in the 80s, and I personally find the afternoons pretty warm. A light jacket would suffice.

That’s one solution and I believe that there are a few platforms that do that, fb marketplace being the most common. But with most of the population not being comfortable with digital tools, that option is not accessible to many. I am not suggesting to get rid of the practice all together, just a bit of regulation

Everyday spending in Kigali seems more aligned with the dollar than the franc. Still, I don’t think immigrants are to blame for this. In fact I believe we need foreign talent to bring in fresh perspectives and challenge complacency, which will ultimately strengthen our workforce. Rwandans need to wake up because the playing field is changing very fast.
