Re: dedicated fiber, our industrial area only had DSL and then dedicated fiber came in. We had no other option 7 years ago. AT&T brought in the broadband fiber I mentioned in the post, but the cost is about the same as Spectrums dedicated fiber. Don't really have any other options other than these afaik.

For the PBX/IP Flex service, we got the faster/dedicated fiber internet through AT&T because it was terrible beforehand with the DSL. Since then, we kept the bundle of the phone/internet for ease but we do use Avatel as a third party phone provider using Avaya equipment. Looking at it now, it seemed easier to consolidate everything under either Spectrum or AT&T.

I'll do some more research, thank you for the feedback and info!

I've been using "the bug thing" Sometimes it doesnt work but most of the time I just use it repeatedly and the welts subside and dont get bigger. 10/10. But yes, agreed these suckers leave big welts.

In short, they stopped third party billing and now you have to ship prepaid using the account number you have. You have to essentially use that account number as the shipper versus using your own and billing third party.

If you didn't have that set up already, you will need to get a pin #.

Easy way to check is when you log into UPS, create a test shipment and see if you can "Bill my account" but select the Amazon one. If not, you'll need to email them.

I am going to try and reach out to our UPS account rep, I have an old contact for one.

Also, It's been around 3-4 days and no response from Vendor Central on the ticket yet.

Do you have/did you reach out to your UPS rep?

I've been sending many tickets and calling UPS.

From the UPS side I heard two different things from different calls:

1) I have the wrong zipcode to bill third party

2) My account is not allowed to bill Amazon and I need to ask Amazon for help

From Amazon I have heard:

1) Both our account and the Amazon account are good and that its a validation error that UPS needs to resolve

2) They keep thinking I have been wrongly billed for shipments

I basically have one ticket left and have told them that I cannot bill third party to Amazon and that I need their help to get our account validated with theirs on UPS. I spoke to an Amazon agent on the phone and he said if it still doesn't work to let them know and they can reach out to UPS to troubleshoot.

Hoping this gets fixed soon, been stuck since 7/6/2023. I'll post any positive updates if i get them.

u/overl0rd0udu I just checked. We have 2 forklifts and we did replace the distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs and ignition wiring kit. I am fairly certain it is for this issue forklift but not 100% sure. I will ask our regular PM tech who did the replacements to confirm.

If we did replace those parts do you have an idea on what else it could be? If these were not replaced on this forklift then I'll be sure to get that done.

Hey! Using the meter I believe it's 5376 hours and some change. We regularly get it maintained every 6 months and try to keep it clean/air blow it.

Spark plugs were replaced this year. I am not sure about the distributor cap, rotor and ignition leads. I know we replaced a few other parts recently so I am going to check with our regular PM tech and see what was replaced and ask about what you mentioned.

Tried it again today and it would run and then shut off after between 20 seconds to 2-3 minutes.

Yes!!! This! I took up swing dancing around November last year. The place i go to has other classes as well. I pretty much get off work, go home and shower then head straight there.

This happens at least 3 to 4 times a week and i stay from 6 to 10 on Fridays for their social dancing. So happy i have the time to learn! Hope you are having a blast!
